- Champion ethical technology frameworks and sustainable innovation practices
- Mentor a team of 5-7 technical strategists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in launching at least 3 enterprise-scale technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence technologies
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
