Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 strategic technology roadmap, aligning R&D efforts with market trends.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development of next-generation AI solutions and spatial interfaces.
- Analyze emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Web3, Edge Computing) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Establish partnerships with key technology vendors and research institutions.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and board members.
- Oversee the lifecycle of innovation labs and pilot programs.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Cloud Architecture.
- Strong understanding of future tech trends, including Quantum Computing and Spatial Computing.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical data into actionable business strategies.
- Experience managing budgets in excess of $5M.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
