Responsibilities
- Design 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI ethics, quantum computing, and climate-positive tech
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-AI symbiotic systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with ESG goals and market disruption
- Conduct horizon-scanning for emerging threats/opportunities in post-quantum cryptography
- Develop patent portfolios for 2026-relevant innovations (target: 12+ filings annually)
- Represent InnovateNext at Davos, CES, and UN Tech forums as a thought leader
- Mentor a cohort of '2026 Fellows' - our elite future-technology incubator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years scaling enterprise-grade AI/quantum systems with measurable ROI
- Published research in Nature/Science on ethical AI or quantum applications
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (min. 3 exits >$100M)
- Expertise in ISO 42001 (AI governance) and NIST quantum standards
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-relevant innovations (e.g., AGI prototypes, carbon-negative tech)
