Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technology roadmap for Q4 2026 and beyond, aligning innovation with business goals.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Biotech) to predict market shifts.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex future strategies to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Partnership Development: Identify and forge partnerships with startups and research institutions leading the charge in future tech.
- Resource Allocation: Guide the allocation of R&D resources toward high-impact projects for the 2026 horizon.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in a strategic or technical leadership role within the tech industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Vision: Proven track record of thinking beyond current limitations and setting long-term strategic goals.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
