Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for AI, blockchain, and IoT integration
- Lead strategic partnerships with quantum computing pioneers and sustainable tech startups
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Oversee $2M+ annual innovation lab budget for prototyping and POCs
- Mentor technical teams on future-proof architecture principles
- Author thought leadership papers on tech ethics and regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling tech initiatives to $500M+ revenue
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or MIT Technology Review
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network with academic research institutions (Stanford, MIT, Berkeley)
- Experience with ISO 27001 and GDPR compliance frameworks
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology roadmapping
