Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) to identify opportunities for 2026 market leadership
- Develop and implement strategic technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing innovation pilots and proof-of-concept projects
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and boards
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and technology startups
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory trends affecting our 2026 strategy
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate tech trends into revenue opportunities
