Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 5-year vision alignment
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, etc.) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to generate breakthrough concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Build partnerships with tech incubators and research institutions
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify disruptive threats/opportunities
- Oversee prototype development and pilot testing of future technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in futures forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, quantum computing, and Web3 ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and rapid prototyping
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management
