Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and evaluating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, etc.)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed insights and ROI projections
- Build and maintain relationships with industry disruptors, academic institutions, and innovation hubs
- Oversee the creation of future-proof product roadmaps with 5-year implementation horizons
- Drive innovation through hackathons, pilot programs, and strategic partnerships
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory landscapes to mitigate future risks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven 5+ year planning experience
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing) and their commercial applications
- Track record of developing and implementing successful long-term tech roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in strategic planning (e.g., TOGAF, PMP) or technology foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous technological transitions
