Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap specifically aligned with the 2026 strategic vision.
- Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Energy Tech.
- Collaborate with cross-functional executive teams to identify high-impact innovation opportunities.
- Oversee pilot programs and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for futuristic solutions before full-scale deployment.
- Develop partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to foster innovation.
- Advocate for a culture of continuous learning and technological adaptability across the organization.
- Monitor global tech trends to predict shifts in market demand and competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Executive Leadership.
- Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives and successfully launching disruptive technologies.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Digital Transformation trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working in a high-growth tech environment in the San Francisco Bay Area.
