Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption across quantum computing, bio-integrated systems, and decentralized networks

- Develop predictive models for climate-resilient infrastructure using generative design AI
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops mapping ethical frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Manage innovation pipelines from ideation to pilot deployment with venture capital partners
- Produce annual foresight reports synthesifying global tech trends with socio-economic indicators
- Champion inclusive innovation practices ensuring accessibility across neurodiverse populations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Innovation Management (PhD/MSc preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or emerging technology implementation
- Portfolio demonstrating delivery of at least three large-scale innovation initiatives post-2020
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (IEEE 7000, EU AI Act compliance)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, scenario planning)
- Track record leading geographically distributed R&D teams with Agile/Sc mastery
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on human-technology symbiosis
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/R) for data-driven modeling
