Responsibilities
- Architect Zero-Trust Frameworks: Design and implement scalable security architectures specifically tailored for autonomous AI agents and decentralized systems.
- Predictive Threat Modeling: Utilize advanced AI to anticipate and neutralize cyber threats before they materialize, focusing on LLM vulnerabilities and generative AI risks.
- Quantum Readiness: Oversee the integration of post-quantum cryptography standards to ensure data integrity against future computing power.
- Secure Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Lead security initiatives throughout the software development lifecycle, enforcing rigorous code reviews and penetration testing protocols.
- Regulatory Compliance: Navigate and ensure compliance with emerging federal regulations regarding AI ethics, data privacy, and biometric security.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of security awareness and technical excellence among junior engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a leadership role designing AI or cloud-native security solutions.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of machine learning models, neural networks, and their inherent security risks (adversarial attacks, data poisoning).
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and specialized security tools such as Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, and Splunk.
- Architecture: Proven track record of designing large-scale, fault-tolerant systems with a focus on security by design.
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or similar advanced security certifications are highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
