- Translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Produce executive-level trend briefs and scenario-planning documents
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships in emerging ecosystems
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive audiences
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, economics, or related field
