Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Analyze emerging tech (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic integration
- Lead incubation of moonshot projects with $10M+ potential impact
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proof principles into development lifecycles
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite and Board of Directors
- Build and lead a global innovation lab network
- Secure patents and intellectual property for breakthrough concepts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record of launching tech products with >$50M ARR
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Published thought leadership in futurism (whitepapers, patents, keynotes)
- Experience scaling innovation teams across international markets
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Systems Engineering, or MBA with tech focus
- Portfolio of successfully commercialized futuristic concepts
