- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints from ideation to MVP launch
- Analyze socio-technical trends to identify first-mover opportunities
- Drive patent development and IP commercialization for breakthrough concepts
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track adoption of futuristic solutions
- Represent company at global futurism forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in innovation management or strategic foresight roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex futures
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS)
