Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies relevant to 2026 market landscape
- Develop and maintain innovation frameworks for product roadmapping and R&D prioritization
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech sectors
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Build and manage a network of futurists, researchers, and industry thought leaders
- Drive adoption of agile innovation methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Experience with horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies preferred
- Portfolio of innovation projects or published thought leadership in future-tech domains
