Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through trend analysis, horizon scanning, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing innovation accelerators for quantum computing, neurotech, and climate adaptation
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-ready strategies into corporate roadmaps
- Develop predictive algorithms forecasting societal, technological, and environmental inflection points
- Curate and host high-stakes innovation summits with global thought leaders and policymakers
- Translate complex foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps and investment opportunities
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for emerging technologies to ensure responsible innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-oriented leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks (5-10 year horizons)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuro-technology
- Exceptional proficiency in scenario planning tools and predictive modeling methodologies
- Experience leading cross-cultural, multidisciplinary teams in high-uncertainty environments
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex futures thinking into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technologies and societal transformation
