Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological, social, and economic trends through 2030
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in designing next-generation products and services for 2026 market readiness
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry disruptors to co-create future solutions
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Integrate sustainability and ethical frameworks into all future-facing innovation projects
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of radical experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in product innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5-10 year strategic innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and societal impact analysis
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting complex future scenarios to executive audiences
- Strong background in sustainability frameworks and ethical tech governance
- Portfolio demonstrating successful commercialization of future-oriented solutions
