Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic innovation roadmaps across AI, biotech, and sustainable tech domains
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Present trend analyses and future forecasts to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI tracking and risk assessment
- Build and lead a high-performing team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global research labs
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready technologies and methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, climate tech
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFS, CFIP) or relevant innovation frameworks
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (journal articles, books)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
