Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026-2030)
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Identify and evaluate disruptive market opportunities through horizon scanning
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
- Mentor next-generation innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in relevant field or equivalent industry impact
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology foresight
