Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging technological trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in incubating disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready solutions into core offerings
- Present strategic innovation blueprints to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Drive culture of experimentation through rapid prototyping and validation cycles
- Build and manage ecosystem of industry disruptors, academia, and venture partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies or products
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI/ML, Web3, sustainable tech, neurotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with innovation methodologies (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, TRIZ)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- PhD or advanced degree in relevant field (preferred)
- Portfolio of 3+ innovation initiatives with measurable impact
