Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or Futurology with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing exponential technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published thought leader in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier publications
- Deep understanding of singularity economics and societal impact frameworks
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to global deployment
- Certification in Advanced Technology Governance (ATG) or equivalent
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Japanese for international stakeholder engagement
