Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends, market disruptions, and socio-economic factors to forecast industry transformations through 2026
- Develop and implement strategic innovation frameworks that align with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify high-impact opportunities in emerging domains (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Produce forward-looking reports and visualizations that communicate complex scenarios to executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks to accelerate innovation pipelines
- Mentor internal teams in future-focused methodologies and strategic foresight practices
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful innovation strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (articles, white papers, books)
