Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops identifying disruptive opportunities and systemic risks
- Produce trend reports and innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Manage virtual/distributed teams prototyping next-generation human-machine interfaces
- Advocate ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation practices globally
- Represent company at Davos, TED, and premier futurist conferences
- Build patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies in development
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurism journals or major industry publications
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record commercializing futuristic concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Research methodologies
- Fluency in at least two additional languages
- Portfolio demonstrating future-shaping impact
