Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive trends and innovation opportunities
- Produce high-impact scenario analyses and trend reports for executive stakeholders
- Design and launch innovation incubation programs focused on emerging technologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present future outlooks to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior strategists in futurist methodologies and innovation processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTE)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
