Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for next-gen autonomous systems and AI ethics frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops with robotics engineers and neuroscientists
- Anticipate societal impacts of emerging technologies through predictive modeling
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget for experimental projects
- Author thought leadership publications in Nature Futures and IEEE Spectrum
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AGI safety, or bio-integration
- Published research in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Kumu, Causal Mapping)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German preferred
