Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation leadership
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products/services
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Certified in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience with scenario planning and risk modeling frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, or relevant technical field
