Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, nanotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight software (e.g., Foresight Platform, Palantir)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementations
