- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging tech domains (quantum, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Develop 2026+ innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in healthcare, energy, and manufacturing
- Facilitate executive workshops using scenario planning and futures thinking methodologies
- Author white papers on disruptive technologies with 10+ year impact projections
- Design and validate prototype solutions for future market readiness
- Build cross-industry ecosystems to accelerate adoption of breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 7+ years in futures research, innovation strategy, or technology consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Experience with AI/ML tools for pattern recognition and forecasting
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent (preferred)
