Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data (AI, biotech, climate tech, neurotech) to identify 2026+ disruption vectors
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise resilience and market positioning
- Lead immersive trend-forecasting workshops with global R&D teams
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps and investment theses
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness metrics across organizational functions
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging paradigm shifts
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify disruptive startups for acquisition
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent interdisciplinary field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or futures consulting at Fortune 500 level
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEPVL, weak signal detection)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership on emerging technology trends
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
