Responsibilities
- Develop predictive frameworks for technological, economic, and societal shifts through 2026-2030
- Design scenario-planning models for enterprise resilience in volatile markets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps
- Produce trend intelligence reports using AI-driven analytics and human-centered research
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for emerging market opportunities
- Advise executive stakeholders on innovation strategy and risk mitigation
- Curate future-focused content for industry thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy or trend analysis at Fortune 500 level
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into executive-ready insights
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
- Proficiency in foresight software (e.g., Futurist Toolkit, Palisade @RISK)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
