Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and societal trends to forecast disruptive innovations through 2030
- Develop strategic frameworks for adopting emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-proof business models
- Author high-impact whitepapers and thought leadership pieces on future industry paradigms
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Advise on M&A opportunities in emerging frontier markets
- Design scenarios for systemic risks (climate, geopolitical, technological)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in innovation strategy, corporate foresight, or venture capital
- Proven track record of predicting industry disruptions (provide portfolio examples)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Published thought leadership in reputable industry publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on transformational initiatives
