Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scan data to identify disruptive trends and paradigm shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 5-10 year strategic innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable roadmaps
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into development cycles
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation velocity and strategic foresight ROI
- Present executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities in global markets
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complexity for diverse audiences
- Experience with innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking, Blue Ocean Strategy)
