Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends with 3-5 year impact horizons
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum computing applications and neuro-interfaces
- Lead cross-functional workshops with AI and biotech teams to prototype future solutions
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs globally
- Mentor junior futurists and establish foresight methodologies
- Represent Horizon Labs at international tech conferences and symposiums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario-planning projects
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotech convergence
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods, backcasting)
- Experience with agile prototyping in emerging technology domains
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin for global stakeholder engagement
