What You'll Achieve:
- Develop predictive models for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for board-level decision-makers
- Author white papers on metaverse economics and decentralized governance
- Drive innovation sprints with our R&D labs in quantum AI and neural interfaces
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Design and execute horizon-scanning frameworks across 15+ industries
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders quarterly
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating foresight into actionable roadmaps
- Pioneer new methodologies for technology adoption forecasting
- Advolve organizational culture through foresight workshops and training
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of predicting market disruptions (3+ validated case studies)
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or synthetic biology
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs)
