Responsibilities

- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to foster collaborative ideation and solution prototyping
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessment for future market disruptions
- Present compelling foresight insights to executive stakeholders and drive data-informed decision-making
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of innovation partners, startups, and research institutions
- Measure and report on innovation KPIs and impact on business growth
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful innovation strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex futuristic concepts
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in scenario planning and trend mapping
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) preferred
- Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite executives and drive organizational change
