Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, bioengineering) and societal trends to develop 5-10 year strategic scenarios
- Lead innovation workshops with global stakeholders to co-create future-proof business models
- Develop quantitative frameworks for forecasting market disruptions and competitive shifts
- Present executive briefings on future opportunities and systemic risks
- Design and implement horizon scanning protocols across all business units
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and future-focused think tanks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for trend forecasting
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or strategic foresight work
