- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating biotech, metaverse, and climate tech developments
- Author forward-looking white papers and thought leadership pieces positioning Horizon as a future authority
- Partner with R&D to translate futuristic concepts into actionable product roadmaps
- Curate an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future market potential using predictive modeling and trend correlation analytics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
