Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web4.0) with 3-7 year horizons

- Lead innovation sprints with engineering and product teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership content and present strategic insights to executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain foresight ecosystem through academic partnerships and industry networks
- Translate futures research into product roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Mentor innovation teams in adaptive strategy and trend-sensing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in innovation strategy, R&D, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
