Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 10-year strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market inflection points
- Produce high-impact trend reports and innovation roadmaps for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions in emerging domains
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, keynotes, and industry panels
- Quantify future opportunities through market sizing and risk modeling methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario development methodologies
- Proven experience translating foresight into commercial strategy for tech/finance clients
- Strong proficiency in AI-driven foresight tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trendalyzer, Palantir)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
