Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to forecast market disruptions through 2030
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise clients using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and predictive models for executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist experts, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Drive implementation of future-proof strategies across product development and operational models
- Mentor junior strategists while maintaining thought leadership in emerging domains
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-oriented strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and board-level experience
- Published thought leader in foresight or innovation domains (journal articles, books, keynotes)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or similar institution)
