- Partner with R&D teams to integrate emerging capabilities (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into core offerings
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational adaptation to exponential change

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
