Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026
- Develop and implement strategic innovation frameworks aligned with 5-year business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership reports on emerging tech paradigms (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and trend analysis methodologies
