Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ foresight framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Produce strategic white papers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for emerging market opportunities
- Establish KPIs to track future-readiness and innovation ROI across all business units
- Curate an external ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive leadership quarterly
- Author thought leadership content for industry publications and conferences
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial strategy
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner) a plus
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives with measurable impact
- Experience scaling foresight processes in enterprise environments
