- Develop and present future scenarios for executive leadership, incorporating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology impacts
- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development and strategic planning
- Establish and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex future projections into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze geopolitical and socioeconomic factors influencing technological adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, AR/VR)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Published thought leadership on future technology or societal trends
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
