Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, societal shifts, and market disruptions to identify 2026+ opportunities
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead innovation sprints prototyping future-facing products and services
- Present future-state insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Partner with R&D to incubate breakthrough initiatives with 5+ year roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Proven track record delivering C-level strategic foresight presentations
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future strategies
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
