As a key member of our Global Futures team, you'll work alongside C-suite executives, R&D leaders, and startup founders to identify paradigm shifts, disrupt industries, and build sustainable competitive advantages. You'll leverage cutting-edge research methodologies, AI-driven trend analysis, and scenario planning to shape strategic decisions that will define the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, economic, and geopolitical domains
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., STEEP analysis, technology roadmaps)
- Produce actionable insights through scenario planning workshops and white papers
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-ready innovations into development pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
