Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Develop and maintain the 2026 innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and strategic pivots
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions (AR/VR, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Present future-shaping insights to investors and board members
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI/ML, Web3, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience with scenario planning and trend impact analysis
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping projects
