As a key member of our Future Intelligence Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to anticipate paradigm shifts. You'll translate complex signals into strategic roadmaps while fostering a culture of radical innovation.
Responsibilities
- Forecast technological, social, and economic trends impacting 2026-2030 horizons
- Develop innovation frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-level stakeholders
- Design proof-of-concept prototypes for next-gen products/services
- Author thought leadership on future-of-work and industry disruption
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic innovation ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, R&D, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS preferred)
- Exceptional data storytelling with visualization expertise
- Portfolio demonstrating trend-to-strategy translation projects
- Experience scaling innovation in regulated industries
