Responsibilities
- Develop and implement forward-looking innovation roadmaps for 2026+ across tech, healthcare, and sustainability sectors
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale disruptive solutions
- Partner with product teams to integrate future trends into commercial offerings
- Deliver strategic foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Curate and host thought leadership events on future trends
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial success
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, or relevant technical field
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their implications
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from foresight organizations)
