Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for clients in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging market opportunities and disruptors
- Create scenario-based simulations for business resilience in 2026+ environments
- Author executive briefings on tech policy implications and regulatory evolution
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-oriented products and services
- Present findings to boards of directors using data-driven storytelling
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning with Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of implementing future-back strategy frameworks
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Systems Thinking
- Exceptional data visualization and executive presentation skills
